Poytaht Bank has launched its new corporate website.
As of today, JSC "POYTAHT BANK," established under a government initiative in 2018, is undergoing a process of transformation and privatization. In recent years, the bank has been actively modernizing its services, including launching projects to support small businesses and provide universal customer service. Amidst the expansion and changes brought about by privatization and attracting foreign investors, the bank has initiated the creation of a new website, poytaxtbank.uz, which reflects the modern needs of clients, supporting further digitalization and the development of the bank's financial services.
To implement this case, PixelCraft provided a full range of services: turnkey website development, organizing photo shoots, preparing graphic images (over 120 illustrations and 3D icons), search engine optimization (SEO), server and security setup, as well as content placement in accordance with the provided materials. Currently, work on populating the website with content in three languages is ongoing.
One of the distinctive features of the site is its unique technology – Composite Site, which has significantly increased the page loading speed on the Bitrix Framework platform. As a result, users can access the content of any page almost instantly, making information retrieval on the website extremely fast.
Compared to most corporate websites of banks in Uzbekistan, according to the Google web tool – PageSpeed Insights, which analyzes the performance and optimization of web pages, JSC "POYTAHT BANK" stands out with some of the highest performance metrics across all parameters, including search engine optimization (SEO), special features, and other recommendations.
The website offers easy navigation, an intuitive user interface, and supports three language versions. The mobile version is also user-friendly: navigation through sections is simplified, page loading is improved, and menu elements are optimized. New HTML5 capabilities allow for personalized layout adjustments for any screen size, and the code and scripts are minimized, significantly reducing data transfer load. This enhances the user experience on mobile devices.
As a result of the project development, a priority task was accomplished: to emphasize the individuality of the bank through graphic design and highlight key services with practical functionality. The site was developed in accordance with a number of government regulations in Uzbekistan, as well as the requirements of the Central Bank and the State Unitary Enterprise "Cybersecurity Center." The project was implemented on the CMS "1C-Bitrix," which has a high level of security algorithms.
For each type of client, using the website has become more comfortable, as separate target pages were developed – for individual clients, small and medium businesses, and corporate clients. Additionally, supportive graphic elements were added, including an extra navigation menu in the form of icons and a sidebar for easy access to the relevant pages of the site. All of this is backed by a modern and responsive web design that ensures proper display on various devices. This was made possible by employing a technology that adjusts the size of design elements. This method allows for optimal scaling of all interface elements (fonts, buttons, blocks, margins, etc.), which automatically adapts to screens with both minimal mobile device resolutions and maximum 4K display resolutions.
In addition to modern design, the site also features interactive services – deposit and loan calculators, a module for "Information Sheet on the Main Loan Conditions" (which automatically generates a Microsoft Excel file based on the characteristics of the loan product), online citizen inquiries, and an online consultant for real-time communication with clients, among other services. There is also the option to submit applications for ordering a bank card, obtaining a loan, and opening a deposit.
The homepage was developed in line with the main trends in banking services that are in high demand among the public. Prominent advertising sliders and promo blocks for the most popular services are featured, allowing users to "click once" to access their queries: lending, deposits, banking cards. Additionally, a block reflecting the success stories of JSC "POYTAHT BANK" clients was added to the homepage.
The section containing the bank's mobile application, as well as a news block, currency converter, and financial literacy articles, will always be relevant to users. Thanks to the built-in calculator on the homepage, users can calculate the average monthly payment for key types of loans, view a detailed repayment schedule, and submit an application for obtaining a loan. This calculator also allows users to choose necessary parameters (amount and term) to calculate the benefits of a deposit and submit an application for its opening.
Another unique feature of the site is the interactive map of locations in the "Offices and ATMs" section, which enables searches across several categories: banking service centers, ATMs, and more. This functionality makes it easy to find the nearest location relative to the user. The section also includes a "Route from Point on the Map" module, allowing users to plot a route from a selected location to their destination, and if desired, to use the online taxi ordering service via "Yandex.Taxi."
In addition to the features mentioned above, the website has useful functionalities such as "Found a mistake in the text?", audio accompaniment, and a version for visually impaired users. Open data in machine-readable formats (CSV, XML, JSON) is also available on the site, generated automatically.
