In the capital of Mongolia, Ulaanbaatar, the IX World Championship for juniors and the III World Championship for veterans in kurash will commence in a week. These competitions will promote the popularity of kurash on the global sports scene.
The International Kurash Association recently announced the closing of registration for national teams participating in these events.
More than 400 athletes from over 30 countries will take part in the World Championship in kurash, which will be held in the capital of Mongolia.
During the competitions, seminars for coaches and referees, expanded meetings of the International Kurash Association, as well as various briefings and exhibitions will be conducted.
The competitions will kick off on December 2 of this year.
In preparation for hosting the events at a high level, a working group from the International Kurash Association has begun its activities in Ulaanbaatar.
We remind you that members of the national kurash team of Uzbekistan, who are preparing to defend the honor of our country at the World Championship, along with the coaching staff, are participating in training camps taking place in the Tashkent region.
