Yesterday, representatives from the Ministry of Sports, led by Adkham Ikramov, along with officials from the National Olympic Committee headed by Otobek Umarov, familiarized themselves with the activities of several sports organizations in our capital, as well as the associated facilities, and conducted research in all areas.

Initially, the officials visited the Sports School No. 1 in the Yakkasaray district to learn about the institution's infrastructure, the conditions created for the youth, and the preparations for the winter season. Subsequently, the leaders proceeded to the Republican Center for Training in Olympic and Paralympic Sports (RC TOPS), which serves as a vital educational institution for Uzbek sports.

During this period, the RC TOPS is hosting the Uzbekistan Swimming Cup across various age categories. During the competitions, the officials engaged in discussions with the national team coaches regarding the selection of talented youth. Following this, the representatives of the working group visited the halls for handball, athletics, archery, karate, and boxing to examine the conditions established there.

At the end, a meeting was held with representatives of the capital's branches of federations and associations, coaches, and the RC TOPS. During the meeting, important topics were discussed, such as the proper preparation of young athletes for international competitions and the development of new methods in the field of sports education.

The main objectives of this research are to analyze the system from children's sports schools to national teams, that is, to organize the workflow from the grassroots level and to prepare proposals in collaboration with regional organizations to enhance operational effectiveness.
