Gulistan Perdibaeva has secured a podium finish at the Fencing World Cup stage.

Currently, the U20 World Cup in fencing is taking place in Dormagen (Germany) and Budapest (Hungary) for boys and girls, respectively. In the individual events, Gulistan Perdibaeva, the winner of the Hangzhou 2022 Asian Games, was awarded the silver medal.

In the final, our compatriot lost to Suwei Rao from China, securing second place. Unfortunately, our male athletes competing in Germany were unable to achieve podium finishes in the individual events. Today, representatives from Uzbekistan will compete for medals in the team category.
