In particular, representatives of the Republican working group, led by the Deputy Advisor to the President - Head of the People’s Reception Office, Ulugbek Mukhamadiev, along with responsible sector officials, are present in the most remote and hard-to-reach areas of Karakalpakstan, engaging with local residents and addressing their pressing concerns.

For instance, in the villages of "Kungrad" and "Karatol," located more than a hundred kilometers from Nukus, discussions with residents and the "mahalla seven" focused on issues affecting local small businesses. These concerns were thoroughly examined, and practical solutions were identified for their resolution. Material assistance was provided to families facing difficult life situations.

During the dialogue with residents of the village "Chuvurkak" in the Ellikqalin district, which is three hundred kilometers from Nukus, the outcomes of previous citizen appeals were analyzed. Corresponding directives were issued for unresolved issues, and they were placed under control.

Additionally, as part of the tasks related to the winter season, fairs were organized for the population of remote villages, and essential food supplies and warm clothing were delivered free of charge to families in need.

An outreach reception was organized for the residents of the "Kutli Makon" mahalla in the Karauzyak district, during which a number of citizen appeals were addressed concerning the provision of natural gas, electricity, healthcare, and tax incentives for new entrepreneurs. Most issues were resolved on the spot.

Based on appeals received in the Virtual and People’s Reception Office of the President, responsible officials also visited households in remote auls, checking on families in difficult conditions, the sick, and lonely elderly citizens. They were provided with appropriate assistance as well.

Such practical initiatives by the People’s Reception Office of the President are being organized in other regions of the Aral Sea area in collaboration with sector leaders.
