The Cabinet of Ministers has adopted a resolution dated 27.11.2024 No. 790 "On measures for more effective organization of communication centers of republican and local executive authorities and state organizations."
The document establishes the Regulation on the procedure for monitoring and evaluating the technical activities of communication centers of republican and local executive authorities, as well as state organizations. It outlines the procedures for:
- monitoring and evaluating the technical activities of communication centers by the "Uzkomnazorat" inspection through the comprehensive information system "Digital Control";
- maintaining a register of communication centers of republican and local executive authorities and state organizations.
According to the Regulation, a communication center is an organization or division that provides services for receiving and responding to telephone inquiries from individuals and legal entities and possesses the necessary organizational, technical, and other resources for this purpose (hotlines, call centers, dispatch centers).
Communication centers will be assessed as follows:
- from 71 points to 100 points – "excellent" ("green" category);
- from 55 to 70 points – "good" ("yellow" category);
- below 54 points – "unsatisfactory" ("red" category).
The document has been published in the National database of legislation and came into effect on 29.11.2024.
