The document establishes the Regulation on the Procedure for Maintaining the Open Register of Functions of the Executive Authorities of the Republic, which governs:
- the inclusion of information about the functions of the executive authorities of the republic in the open register, as well as making amendments and deletions to this information;
- the sources and types of information about the functions of the executive authorities that should be included in the register;
- the formation of a passport for the functions of the executive authority;
- the rights and obligations of the authorized body and the executive authorities.
The register is formed and maintained by the Ministry of Justice in an automated online information system called “State Functions.” The requirements of the Regulation also apply to the maintenance of the open register of functions of local executive bodies.
