Food prices have risen in Uzbekistan.

According to data from the Statistics Agency under the President of Uzbekistan, consumer goods and services saw a price increase of 0.5% in February 2023. The annual growth rate overall reached 12.2%.

Food products hold the leading position, with prices increasing by 0.7% over the month.

During this period, it was also noted that prices for non-food items rose by 0.3%, and for paid services provided to the population — by 0.5%.
